We were recently telephoned by one of the nurses at a care home in Dagenham.
They reported that they had a damaged double glazed unit next to a door that leads to the resident’s gardens. They asked if we could fix the problem. We said that we could come and measure the window so that we could order an accurately sized replacement pane.
We arrived at the care home on the same day. Upon arrival, we found that the maintenance team at the care home had already made the unit safe for the residents. We assessed the situation, measured the broken window and ordered a new unit.
The Replacement
We returned to the care home a few days later with a brand new toughened glass replacement double glazed unit, which we then fitted to the customer’s satisfaction.
