We were called by a client who had recently purchased a property in Victoria, West London. Our client explained that she was refurbishing her new apartment as it was a little worse for wear. We were asked to have a look at the wooded sash windows and provide a quote for any repairs needed.
We arranged to meet on-site the following Monday to have a look at the wooded sash windows. We identified a couple of issues, including cracked windowpanes and a broken sash cord. As our vans are fully stocked with glass and a number of window parts we were able to quote and carry out the works straight away!
Not only does this save us time with travel but it also allows us to keep the cost of the repair to a minimum for our client and allows us to get the repair underway immediately.
Our client was delighted with the news and we had the windows back in working order within a couple of hours!
